The new Ai SolventVap 5L series rotary evaporators is now ETL tested to UL/CSA standards (optional). This certification is required by many municipalities, and it also provides a higher standard of equipment safety and lifespan. All SolventVap come with all PTFE valves for solvent-resistant operations. Also come are vertical glassware and digital temperature/rotation control. Its optimized bath volume allows for rapid heat-up times. The condenser unit has specially designed glass tubes that utilize surface area extremely efficiently.

CVO-10 PRO Package with MAXTRAP50 Cold Trap

A complete vacuum drying system designed for temperature sensitive, high-thru-put for vacuum purging large production quantities.  Cascade’s MAXTRAP50,  -50C cold trap is integrated to keep the Agilent IDP15 vacuum pump operating with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.

Vacuum oven and pump are connected via our MAX EVAP connection kit – giving water, solvents, any outgassing material the largest exit path off the product and out of the oven.

CVO-5 DOUBLE UP Package

Ideal for large volume production with the flexibility of small batch management, this complete vacuum drying system is self contained in a minimal, easy to move, mobile foot print. Two CVO-5 vacuum ovens powered by a single Agilent IDP15 9 cfm oil free scroll pump is set-up for high production vacuum drying or purging with deep vacuum and large off gas loads.
